Annabelle (Marion Mack) gets her leg stuck in a bear trap and the trap repeatedly snaps on it. Then Johnny (Buster Keaton) gets his leg stuck in the process of saving her. This, of course, could have inspired the Bear Trap scene in Cannibal! Thanks to Isis and Marla for the info.
