In Cannibal's opening sequence, Packer tears off Swan's arm and beats Noon with it. It then shows an almost-worm's-eye view of Packer as he beats at the camera with the arm, side to side, using only his right arm. Hannibal Lecter does this in Silence of the Lambs when he's in a cell in Baltimore, steals the officer's club, and beats him to death with it. Thanks to Phoebe for the info.
